SIZE GUIDE

You can use a ring sizer to determine your size. Order it for free here. If your ring does not fit, don't worry! We will help you to adjust the size free of charge.

 

There are a few things to keep in mind when measuring your ring size. Normally you fingers are less swollen in the morning or when you are cold, and can be more swollen when you are warm or in the evening. Your nuckles can be wider than the actual placement of the ring. The ring shall not fit too tight, neither risk to fall off when you wear it.

 

For delicate, thin ring bands we recommend to go for a size bigger rather than smaller if you are between two sizes, to avoid the ring to hug your finger too tight. If you are between two sizes, always go for the bigger size.

DELIVERY

Our jewellery is made to order. Within 4 weeks we can deliver your jewellery. If you are in a hurry, we can arrange 1-2 weeks delivery with express. Some popular pieces we hold in stock for next day delivery.

Standard delivery is free of charge worldwide and always insured and trackable to keep your purchase safe. 

 

RETURN

Returns are free of charge. Please email us to claim your return. If you have a complaint, please take a picture or email us your point of view. We process your case and get back to you within 24 hours.

We grant you the possibility to return your order 30 days after receipt. The only condition is that the product have not been used. Make sure to always include the original packaging. You can get a full refund or change to another size or product.

Exceptions are jewellery with engraving, and all items under the "wedding" page as they are custommade, and jewellery with lab grown diamonds, where we offer no exchange or refund.

 

REFUND POLICY

Cravingfor shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. 

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and we will refund your purchase minus our shipping cost of 200 sek.
